05/31/21 We drove south on 101 for 106 miles to Fort Stevens State Park Campground for a couple of days. There are several points of interest near here to see. The campground is a lovely wooded area with many RV and tent spaces. We all have full hookups and we are next to each other. But once again, very limited cell and tv which means no internet. We'll post more when we can.

05/27/21 We drove south on Highway 101 to Quinault Beach Resort and Casino in Ocean Shores WA. The highway runs close to the beaches or slightly inland. We are staying here four nights over the Memorial weekend since campgrounds are booked and there are several things we want to do in the area. We are as close to the beach as the RV parking lot allows but the day is rainy and the wind is blowing hard. We're hoping for better weather soon. Hard gravel sites but no...

05/26/21 We spent another day in Forks WA and hiked two trails in the Hoh Rain Forest. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Apparently some people saw elk but Mike only found their prints. 05/25/21 We drove 53 miles to Forks 101 RV Resort in Forks WA. Friendly staff and we plan to stay two nights. The sites were long and on grass but even in the rain, they were good. The scenery was trailer homes on one side and horse pasture on the other. For Twilight movie fans, the town of Forks has become a tourist attraction even though it was not actually filmed here. We drove to several places near here to enjoy the a beautiful waterfall, rivers, lakes, beaches, and as far as we could go on the road to Nenh Bay (not very far) because it is closed due to covid concerns on tribal lands.
