Day 1 in the jungle!!! After our early start we had breakfast n a two hour drive to the jungle! Trekking thru streams in my lacoste, fashion trainers, our guide Nu managed it in flopflops, we went in rivers, up hills n down slippery slopes from 11 until 4 in the heat took it's toll on most of the group n sweat was dripping off is as fast as we were drinking!!! We passed snakes, frogs, spiders, huge centipedes n everything else! We are staying in a rice paddy vill...

Nice lil lie in today then off back out down khao San road!!! Check this, met swainy ( a guy I play netball withs) best friend, who missed him very much I may add, Harriet knew him too n is mates with his cousin!!! Checked out at 12 n left our bags in the Bangkok sta while we took a river ride thru the shanty towns, fed sum big ugly fish n then got taken, without our knowledge, to a Thai zoo which was equivalent to the accommodation of the local community! Faced a small fear n held a python which I did not enjoy at all as u can see!!! Lovin Bangkok train station, not! Over nite train to Chang mai, the travelling begins!!! :0)

Up bright n breezy for sight seeing round bangkoks great palace and royal park where we took part in a questionnaire about tourism for sum Thai Uni students! Spot of shopping up khao San rd then shower n back out there for vodka n redbull buckets! The ping pong show was shocking to all n we then round a night club that shut at 3 so we had to find another (that sold shisha n played rnb) that allowed us to take advantage of the hotel breakfast!!! 24 hours door to door!!! Harriet slept all the way n I tried sampling the plane cuisine to no avail!!! Hotels nice n that shower was well worth upgrading.
