Our last day of the trip today! :( After the beach party last night we had a lie in and then strolled down to the beach, to our surprise it was lovely and sunny unlike yesterday! This was especially nice after a freezing night last night as the air con was full blast. We kept cool in the shade of the palm trees and in the water (which wasn't as clear as some places we've been, but still nice) and had lunch at one of the bars we went to last night. At around 5 we took the ferry back to Cancún, we missed the live music this time as we sat in the luxury part downstairs - which we later realised we shouldn't have been in as we were wet from the sea! After walking past and glaring at Mrs Moody from Moloch we showered and went to the busy plaza, where instead of going to a restaurant we ate from the outdoor food vendors. Nathan had a burrito and then tacos, I tried some of his and had a large arroz con leche. After enjoying the atmosphere, watching people juggle fire on stilts and kids tear around in mini cars we went back to pack ready for our flight in the morning.
