G’day everyone, hope that everyone is well and still sticking to their new years resolutions!!! One of my resolutions was to eat more chocolate and I have been doing so!

So here’s the news so far. The week started after my hellish afterhours emergency weekend calving which was soooo bad. The farmer was so lovely that he made me a cup of tea!!! Had a Chinese with some of the girls from work on Thursday which was great. As for the vet stuff, did loads a castrations, shame its not on the local population of Clarence town…. On Wednesday had an amazingly spectacular fall from the horse Banjo in front of half the pub ferals!! Banjo is 4 yrs old and a nutter and hadn’t been ridden for 6 weeks, oops so was expecting to fly through the air and I did! I haven’t fallen off a horse since I was like 15 yrs old! My poor right bum cheek!!! The pub just happened to be really busy that night too.

My weekend was actually very fun and it was my long weekend off. Friday was sooo hot I nearly melted it was about 43 degrees so I went to Birubi beach, but in contrast the water was freezing I thought my feet would fall off. Then after dinner at Peter and Jasmin’s I decided to take Becky clubbing. The best thing was that I got asked for I.D!! Seriously impressed about that! It was hilarious, I’m very gutted that I didn’t have my camera as I saw some spectacular mullets and rat-tail hair cuts. Even the bouncer had what I’d call a sheep crimp hair-do/mullet. Think I need a pair of scissors next time! So much so I am going to start a mullet section on my webpage. Crawled into bed at 3am!

Spent the rest of the weekend with Milly which was fab and stayed with her in Wingham. We lazed by the local pool, had beers and hit the pub with Ellie in the evening. We went to Forster the next day for lunch which is just a very cute town on the seafront and popped into a local market and just chilled out.

Going on a wine tour this weekend in the Hunter Valley with Alison and Bella. It may sound like I’m always drinking but I’m still a light weight!
