Gonna be brief today. Up early and meet Amy at 7:15 to catch the 15 minute bus ride to Epcot. We get in line for the early entrance for the breakfast (park doesn't officially open until 9am) and someone is there to check off that we're supposed to be there. Just before 8am, they let us scan in, after checking your backs through security, of course, and we walk to the Norway area for Askershus Hall breakfast. It's a princess breakfast, and includes a free picture with a princess. This morning it's Belle. A small cold buffet followed by a hot breakfast plate to share with more princesses coming to talk to you at the tables briefly. I'm still full from last night, and we get finished by 9am.
We have fast passes for a few rides here, but Amy suggests we go to the Test Track ride first since the park just opened, and maybe skip a bunch of lineups. Good idea. By the time we get there, there is already a line, but it's only about 20 minutes long, I'm guessing. Amy abandons us and goes in the single rider line. Stacey comes, reluctantly, with me. I tell her it's not a scary ride. Amy is done and out before we even get to the ride loading area, and she goes into a few shops while waiting for us. Stacey and I finally get our turn and sit with an 8 year old boy in the front seat of our car, no one in the back 3 seats. Strange. The boy came on as a single rider and his dad is the next car ahead of us. The boy is experienced at this ride and tells Stacey that it will be fine and is a great ride. He was right, but Stacey was still glad she had my hand to squeeze. Haha. It's a fast ride that gets to over 60 miles per hour, but it's not a long ride.
I'm starting to fade after breakfast. Sooo tired. I've slept maybe 8 hours of the last 48 and growing. We have more fast passes scheduled but lots of time in between. We go towards Captain Eo, our next fast pass, but get there very early and find there is no wait, so we just go in to get out of the heat. It's hot again today. I see why there is no wait at Captain Eo. As Amy said, the best thing about it is seeing Michael Jackson in a more natural looking nose, before he got so many surgeries on it.
After that, I'm done. I'm fading. We go back and all go through as single riders on Test Track again. Even Stacey, who was hoping to get on the same car as me, but had to go on the car after me. I think she did better on it this time. DisneyWorld is huge. There are a lot of people here in Epcot today as well. They gotta be making crazy money here. I realize that I have no chance at seeing everything here in just 3 days, and decide not to try. I need sleep, and go off on my own to go back to the hotel for some rest. Amy and Stacey go off and do their own thing.
I wake up 3 hours later and start catching up on blog pictures and stuff and meet up with them when they come back and have dinner at the food court at our resort. The food isn't too bad at all. It's 8pm when we finish and Amy's done and ready for a shower and sleep. She does about as well as I do in the heat. Stacey stays up a bit later, but drops off after 9:30pm and I stay up to catch up days of blogging until about 12:30am. I need sleep now too. Might have to ask Stacey to add what she and Amy did today. Shopping and wandering around Epcot followed by shopping at Downtown Disney. I think Amy is shopped out and Stacey is running out of money.
Last day at DisneyWorld today, and the plan is for the Animal Kingdom Park and dinner at the Hoop dee Do Revue.
Night all.

Kim =) and Stacey :)
update: Stacey and Amy walked around the world today. World showcase, that is. Took some pictures and went looking for shade or a/c for Amy. There really isn't much in the way of shade in Epcot. It's also the one of only two places in all of DisneyWorld to get a Dole Whip, which they walked around the world trying to find. Very hot today. They put a lot of miles on their walking shoes, and both tired from it.

Amy If hell existed, it would have felt like that...it was unbearable hot...used my umbrella to block some sun and was using my fan the entire time...I see Asian women in Vancouver use umbrellas on sunny days and always thought "really?"...well today...REALLY. I would have had heat stroke for sure without it! Was still a good day though!
daughter Good job going on a Rollercoaster mamma!!!! I'm proud of you :)
