Blog software insists on a location and picture, but since I have no location in the ocean, I'm just leaving it as Victoria for now. Picture will have to be a small jpeg to save bandwith since ship internet is expensive.
Slept in today. The boat was rocking earlier, but it's calmed a bit with the wind shifting toward being a tailwind, speeding the boat as well. Over 8000 feet of water below us as we are somewhere near Oregon averaging 22 knots. 1 knot = 1.85 km / hour. Ships top speed is 26 knots, roughly 30 miles per hour or 50 km / hour.
The day starts hazy but clears overhead by 2pm. We head out for breakfast and then over to our reservation to meet Anna and Elsa from Frozen. The lineup to see them is slow but steady.
The movement of the ship seems to be draining energy from us, so we go back to the cabin to watch Monsters Inc on the cabin tv and have a nap. We get back up for meeting the Princesses @ 12:45 pm, and then to Parrot Cay restaurant for lunch.
I'm trying new stuff...sweet potato and ginger mash, succotash. Mmmm.
Go to walk off some calories with a walk around the ship on the deck 4 track and get ready for a movie @ 3:30pm --Bears. A disney nature movie. Toy Story, the Musical is the show today in the main theatre and dinner is a split of Pirate Night Theme and Toy Story theme. We dress up for Pirates Night, get some pictures of Captain Jack Sparrow, and then head outside for the Pirates in the Caribbean party on the top deck and watch the fireworks.
Disney is the only cruise line allowed to have fireworks at sea. Fun fact, since fireworks are classified as a munition, therefore their ships can have a person with the rank of Commodore.
Fireworks were very impressive, but it's been a long day and we're tired.
Goodnight all.
WYWH,
Kim =) and Stacey :)

Cam Awesome stuff. Does that mean you can bring a shotgun with you on board? It would be awfully funny to see the US Navy hunting down a Disney Cruise line... Cam n Robyn
