Took the kids for a walk down Wintons main Street this morning while shaun and garry packed up camp. Visited the Banjo Patterson memorial at the waltzing matilda centre, seen lots of cool 'Dino feet' bins which the kids loved. Also visited the north Gregory hotel in winton, where Shaun's parents had their wedding reception. Refuelled and ran into a lady that works there that I haven't seen in about 20 years! Travelling on the highway north/east of Longreach at 100km/hr and we spotted a modern day swaggy walking on the right hand side of the road. He looked over his shoulder at us as we were approaching and for some reason he decided to gradually make his way into the middle of the road!! Spent a chilly night at the Jericho show grounds. 5 deg this morning, so we got to try out the heater in the camper last night! Nice :) kids loved petting the friendly horses. Thanks to Sal for her yummy Spag Bol we had for dinner last night and prob tonight too ;)

Kids had a great time exploring the botanical gardens in Emerald.

Just chilling while we wait for the Perfects to get there fridge fixed.
