Hi guys, Well, think it's been over a month since we updated this website! We have been in Cairns for the last 4 weeks or so and are loving Australia. It was very sad to leave Asia and it already feels like a distant memory, but nice to have a comfy bed at last. We've been very lazy whilst we've been here and just kind of settled for a little while. Got a really nice little flat which we share with 5 other people who are all really nice. One lady left us a tv for our room- bonus! Unfortunatley as we are out most evenings I am unable to watch neightbours which is very upsetting as it was a major factoer in coming here. I have seen one episode though where Karl and Susan seem to be back together (again), but the front of a magazine said Karl cheats with Izzy (yes, again!). Little bit of advanced gossip for you english fans. We are getting our own little camper van on Monday which is very exciting. I've not driven since before Christmas, and we all know my track record isn't great so may leave much of the driving to Krys. We're gonna set of down the East Coast towards Brisbane and do lots of touristy things on the way. Only very exciting thing we've done recently was dive on the Great Barrier Reef. Beautiful day. We sailed out to the reef and went to Hastings and Saxon reef. Saw a huge 2m fish called Wally at Hastings reef which jumped out the water to be fed. They see him everyday apparently. Luckily no sharks this time. Will put a couple of photos on soon. Apart from that we've just kinda got caught up in the cool atmosphere here in Cairns. Feels a bit like uni, meeting lots of people who are all really lovely and laid back. Gonna have to cut this entry short as only get half an hour free internet and just about out of time.
