Today we had a full day in Dublin as our last day in Ireland. We started it off with a bus tour of the city, stopping at famous sites such as the Harp Bridge, the presidents house, and the potato famine memorial. After the bus tour we had a tour of the Guinness brewery. We learned how they roast the barley to make the stout, adding of the hops and finally the fermentation process. This morning we left Galway early to get to Dublin for our last concert. We travelled about 3 hours with a "comfort stop" along the way. Our bus driver, George, is a native of Belfast and is really good about keeping us entertained on our rides with stories, information about Ireland and Irish music.
