15th March Today is the day I swam with bottlenose dolphins. I'm jumping ahead here but, it was a real good experience. We took a boat out from the Bay of Islands on the Dolphin Eco Experience. Cool chicks Floppy and Bromlin guided the way. Spotted some dolphins and managed to get in for a swim. We were so lucky to do this as they don't always see them and even when they do there are so many conditions and rules that need to be met for people to get in the water...

Hit the harbour for 10am to catch the ferry to Devonport. A short journey later we had arrived safe and well and met our wee van driver, Steve. Great chap. Absolutely loves the bonnie Scots. Out of bed at 5am to head to the airport for our flight. Bumped into Jess there as she was flying out too. She seemed pretty glad to be leaving, she had done some island hopping and the accomodation on some of them sounded pretty rough. Today we had our trip out to Mana Island, pick up was at 7.15am, hopped on a coach to get to Port Denarau and were there in no time. From there we caught our bright yellow catamaran out to sea, the Yasawa Flyer. Nail a seat right at the front of the sun deck. Boom. Slapping on the factor 50, naturally. 10th March Had a really lazy day in the sun.
