YOOOOOO!!!!

So I was just sitting here, drinking my sangria and beer here in Madrid and it dawned on me....maybe everyone in Canada is bored right now and maybe wants to read our blog....or maybe not lol

So we are in Madrid right now, chillin at a pretty cool hostel, drinkin some sangria, some san miguel [a popular spanish beer] and listening to some great spanish beats. I am still surprised at how cheap beer is here [like 0.75 cents a can].

Madrid is not quite as nice as Barcelona was. To be honest I think we are kind of missing Barcelona right now, but its not so bad. In fact I keep saying that things could be a heck of a lot worse. We could be broke, we could be refugees, we could be having no fun or we could be in Toronto right now [just joshing I love home still].

Madrid is pretty in some ways but in others not so much. I think we both find the city a little bit dirty and not quite as interesting as Barcelona. No mountains, no beach, cold weather and not as funky.

But no sweat, things are lookin really up. We met a Canadian named Leigh from B.C...really awesome guy, hes gonna come with us to Portugal[Its like Dumb and Dumber....pick em up!!!]. In fact every place weve been so far weve met some amazing people, no lie. It amazes me how many good people there are out there when you actuallly get out of your comfort zone and look around.

So Madrid has been ok but I think we are ready to move on to Portugal. Ready to move to some nicer weather and to the south. We both really hope everyone is doing really well, we miss you guys and keep the messages coming.
