We went back to Auckland for the night after 'The Bay of Islands', went to an ice bar called Minus 5 which was really cool. All made of ice, even the glasses! Had to wear these big thermal coats and boats and could only stay in there for half an hour.

This morning we went to Mount Eden, saw some great views of Auckland. Its basically an extinct volcano. We then headed to Whitianga to 'Cathedral Cove' which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world - beautiful. Long walk down to the cove though, but gave those legs some more exercise, we are both aching!

Staying in Whitianga tonight before heading onto Rotorua in the morning. Unfortunately, we still can't upload photos - must find a better internet cafe!!
