Wanaka was a very quaint town set around Lake Wanaka, beautiful mountainous scenary. We stayed in a lovely hostel which was more like a hotel, we had an ensuite with a bath which we were both excited about. So after a long soak in the bath and some proper pampering we headed out to a Thai restaurant for dinner.

In the morning we went to Puzzle World which is this strange little tourist attraction with a maze and lots of illusional puzzles, hard to explain really but was great fun!

We are now in Queenstown, saw some people bunjy jumping yesterday and we are both thinking about doing one??!! Last night we had a BIG night out, Queenstown is known as the party town of New Zealand! We went to a really cool bar called World Bar where they serve you cocktails in teapots, great fun - we got pretty drunk!

We are spending 4 days in Queenstown, its nice to stay in one place for a little while. We then head to Christchurch on Monday, not long now til we catch our flight to Singapore - think we will both have a bit of culture shock!
