Hey guys, we arrived in Auckland yesterday, had a wander around the shops and the harbour - a real bustling city! Stayed there for the night before heading off to Paihia (Bay of Islands) which is where we are now. Went on an awesome trip today on a boat to see dolphins. We saw lots and got some great pics and even swam with them in the wild, which was cool! Then we stopped off at a place called 'Russell' which was a beautiful harbour with great views and a small town with just a few shops etc. Enjoyed a glass of wine overlooking the harbour. We are staying in Paihia tonight in a hostel called 'Pappi Patch' which we both found amusing! Its our first time staying in a dorm - yes I know, we are getting very daring!! Enjoying a BBQ tonight and probably a glass of wine or two!
