firstly can i just say that our guide book was wrong!! we were on the bus from KL for 8hrs not the alleged 6!! luckily, this was the most comfatable bus ever, the seats fully reclined with foot rests and they only had three seats per row not four. and our driver was sane as well no swaying and dangerous overtaking!!

we arrived quite late in langkawi but found somewhere to stay quite easily. i do love my guidebook its genius. the people were well rude though.most of the older women here seem to have the utmost contempt for me here, at least it will be different in thailand!

today all we've done is had a wander and lied on the beach. i had a little boat ride with a dude doing parasailing. am so tempted my self to do it. the beach's are gorgeous everything you'd expect from a gorgeous island. complete with lots of beach bars (thank god) its so nice knowing we have a week here, and boats go from here direct to krabi or phuket.

the only problem is there is so much to do!! we can't decide!! budgeting is rubbish can't wait till im rich (??!!)
