Hello everyone

As we havn't been able to update this we've got a couple of days to catch up on (some of you have probably read a bit of the below in an email we sent but we want to keep this diary updated for us as well.)

Well it's day two in Bangkok. The flight wasn't too bad, had lots of films and food to keep us busy. And played Nintendo lots...Thanks Gem for the tip!!

Bangkok is sooooo hot!! There's no air at all and really busy! Still having a great time though...but no tan yet!!

Went walking to a few palaces today, the grand palace and to some Budha temples. Were all really pretty but it was so hot, too hot to walk around all day!! Plus Kev got us a bit lost and we went on a bit of a detour!

Went out for our first Thai food experience last night....ummmmmm...noodles weren't quite what we thought they would be like! But spring rolls were very tasty! Kev got some from the street vendors which were nice, I'm gonna wait to see what his belly's like tomorrow before I try them!! Kev's just had a Thai massage as well!! He's getting a bit adventurous!!

Booked our flight for Phuket for Friday morning so will be hopefully sat on the beach very soon!!

Today we went to a massive shopping centre. Kev tried a bit of bartering, didn't go too bad, althgough I think he only managed to knock about 10p off the price!! Kevs now argueing that he actually knocked ten pounds off and thinks he rules!! (his words!)

Went to a royal park, lots of halls and exhibitions. Went on a tour round a king's mansion. Felt a bit like we were back at school! But good to get a bit of Thai culture!
