Well it's been crazy!! Since I last posted a blog we have been to Khao Sok National Park and stayed in a tree house in the Jungle!!! Lots of creepie crawlies (big ones!!!) and monkeys etc. Even saw elephant taking some trees down !! It was definitely an experience. We went through the jungle on a canoe so as you can imagine we got eaten alive by mozzies!!! But what an adventure so bizzarre could hardly believe where we were. On the approach to the National Park it was very high ground with nothing but greenery, very breathtaking but a little bit scary that we were going to be staying there in the middle of nowhere!! I tried to pretend there were no spiders and snakes so decided to have quite a bit of gin!!! Which made the early morning start very difficult as I was slightly tipsy to say the least!!! But hey we survived our night in the Jungle!!!

Then we went onto Krabi, and that is where I currently am. It's absolutely beautiful, a little more lively but still relatively unspoilt. We had a wonderful Thai massage on the beach and felt very chilled out. There are some lovely places to eat here and some really chilled out bars. We watched fire dancing at one of the bars and sat in swinging seats, a great atmosphere.

Today we went to Phi Phi and to Buddah beach. Phi Phi Island is the one used on the film the beach. We went snorkeling in the reefs and it was beautiful. We took a speed boat over to the islands and then jumped out into the water. We went to three locations to snorkel and it was unbelievable, so many fish and such beautiful colours!!! I was absolutely petrified as I'm scared of the sea but overcame my fear and after some hesitation realised I'd always regret it if I didn't do it, so I did and was so so glad because it was amazing. What an experience!!!

Then after that we went to Buddah beach and had a well earned nap on the beach!!!!

At Phi Phi we were also able to see the areas that had be effected by the Tsunami. It all looks good now, but you can tell they must have worked hard.

We are going beach camping tomorrow so that will be fun and another chance to be lazy on the beach where James Bond was filmed!!
