Day 18 - 19: We instantly felt the difference when we arrived in Montenegro - which has a distinct underdeveloped feel compared to the highly developed tourist areas of Croatia. The roads are dusty - the odd cow and burnt out car at the side of the road...this is the Eastern Europe we had imagined. Day 10: We have just crossed over the border and set up camp in Novigrad, a place Camilla camped with her family many years ago when it was still Yugoslavia. Our matress and bedding is hanging out to dry so thankfully it's another night of camping. All our preparations seem to have come together well - we're feeling very at home in our Pent Tent and cooking some quite adventurous meals!
