DAY 78 - 81 LUXOR It was a bit of a shock to the system staying in a noisey campsite in the busy town of Luxor having spent a silent week in the desert. DAY 72 - 78 THE WESTERN DESERT What a week...we had the most fantastic time driving through the Western Libyan Desert. DAY 65 - 71 CAIRO We spent a week in Cairo - getting our Sudanese visa, doing a bit of sightseeing and sorting out the car. Getting our Sudanese visa was, in the end, very simple. DAY 60 - SINAI - EGYPT After our border crossing we spent the day relaxing at a chilled out beach café in Nuweiba before driving to St Katherines at the foot of Mount Sinai.
