Had such a great day yesterday, great to spend day in hotel chilling! Not sick of van/hostels a night in hotel is nice every now and again!
Woke up before carol this morning to headed onto our sun laden balcony to catch some rays! We faced the sunrise but were a little too tired to actually get up for it!
We quickly moved onto Rowes caravan site and actually got last powered site! We drove to Castletown shopping centre to pick up some bits and pieces and to put our aussie aim card in my iPhone as we have a fair bit of data with the 30 dollars a month pay as you go package. Tip: buy yourself this as soon as you landed but you need an unlocked phone!
Got back to site and set off to rockpool again, suck a cool area with lots of BBQs around the place for cooking. Was about 28 degrees today, but I think the factor 30 inhibited my ability to get a tan. It also inhibits my ability to get skin cancer so fair is fair right?!
Spent the day lazing by pool, swimming and messing! Absolutely beautiful!
Strolled back to site via kissing point (smoochy smoochy!) and rowes bay lookout (it really has been a holiday of look outs) but got some cool pics.
Had dinner and drinks on site. Carol burnt her hand making rice so Gordon Ramsey had to step in and throw that Indian chicken mix into the pan.
Got back to van and fridge seems to w acting up. Temperature should be around 3 or 4 degrees but it's showing as 7. Hmmmmm. Will let it lie until tomorrow before calling the rental company.
