*CALIFORNIA-FIJI-NEW ZEALAND-AUSTRALIA-BALI-GILI ISLANDS-HONG KONG AND CHINA:

JUNE 11TH 2009-JUNE 11TH 2010*

What can I say...365 days...7 countries...countless towns and cities and the most incredible time of my life!!! What an adrenaline filled adventure it has been...I can honestly say I made the most out of everything and loved each day. Not once in the entire year did I really feel sad/lonely/bored/homesick...of course I always missed my friends and family but I am lucky enough to have such great friends and family around me who always kept in touch so I never really felt too far away.

I have no regrets...I did everything I wanted to do, the year was just amazing. The places I got to see, the people I got to meet, the memories I will never forget....I travelled by every sort of transport at some point through the trip, lived in various types of accommodation, hung out with all sorts of different people and experienced amazing activities that many can only dream of in their lifetime. I am so grateful for this and consider myself a very lucky girl.

I am pleased with the amount of Australia I managed to explore...it was all so diverse and well worth seeing, from the oldest rainforest in the World in North Queensland to the untouched beauty of Ningaloo Marine Park to Fraser Island, Whitsundays, the greenness of South Australia, cool city living of Melbourne, beautiful beaches of Sydney to the incredible, Red Centre Ayers Rock/Uluru and hiking Kings Canyon and of course tropical Darwin and Litchfield National Park

It feels so weird to think this time over A YEAR AGO I was stepping on the plane to fly out to San Francisco to meet Nicki at the start of my trip!! How time flies when you're having fun as they say...

I have been lucky enough to experience many different cultures on this trip, managed to find two great jobs when needed in Melbourne, made some amazing friends who I know I will be in touch with for life as well as countless activities and adventures alongside mostly following the amazing Oz weather.

Now back to reality with a bang as I was lucky enough to land myself a great job in London and find a flat all without about 5 days of stepping off the plane!!!
