The hostel here in Japser is so remote, but after spending a night it's a quite a nice relaxing hostel. The dorms are mixed sexed and holds 48 beds (24 bunk beds) which actually wasn't as bad as what I'd thought. Annoyingly though there aren't many plug sockets in the dorm rooms! Headed an alternative way from Banff town - we headed to Cave and Basin for a designated walk. On the way we saw a large male elk with huge antlers!
