Spent a night here then the following day we were booked in for Tubing. This was such a cool day, basically we had to drive out to this warehouse way up in the mountains where we all got changed into wet suits, hard hats & welly boots then we had to walk to the entrance of a cave... The weather was so bad & had rained loads so whilst walking to the cave Eilish & me spent most of our time on our backsides as kept slipping over ha ha. When at the cave we had to go down a ladder which took us inside the pitch black cave, all we had to see were little lights on our hats!! We then had to make our way through the cave on foot where sometimes it was dry & other times we had to go through freezing water which varied from knee length to neck length & even to us having to swim in places... We had to squeeze through the smallest holes & it was soooo funny. My OCD went out the window again as the guide thought it was funny to pick on me & cover me & my face in mud!! We then all were given rubber rings that we had to jump off a wall into... yep thats I was the only one to fall out of mine ha ha We then had to float down the cave whilst looking up at an amazing display of live glow worms, the best bit was 4 maori guys also in our group decided to sing to me whilst floating watching the worms with our lights out.. they sang a maori song & it was so cool.
