mr happy Greetings from man with no life blah blah. Things are going from bad to worse here. Went to get car ready for Lancashire exepedition thursday. Engine problem. So it is in the garage. Made it up north anyway and spent all weekend removing kitchen, ripping up floor, cutting out joists, Moved 60 yes 60 bags f--ing of rubble from under floor. Finally spraying for dry rot. Now totally cream crackered. Next visit will be much the same except replacing joists attempting to cure source of damp. Not happy bunny. Do try not to send anything to cheerful or I might really get the hump. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg
