Today it snowed. And not just white flurries dancing around the sky but enough to cover the city in a beautiful white fluffy carpet.

It was so beautiful. I went outside, took photos, wrote my name in it and caught snowflakes on my tongue. (So yes, I did look like a nutcase - but I did not care). This was the first real snow they have had here, it has to get really cold for the snow to collect like this and believe me, it was that cold today!

I have not taken my thermal long johns off. I just popped a skirt over the top and went out (I know, so grotty of me).

We had a high of minus 1!

Unfortunately,rain is predicted tomorrow so it will wash all the snow away. But nonetheless I had an enchanting afternoon.
