Well hello from New York. This is my third day here and I am still overwhelmed and feeling blah. Am not sleeping very well yet, and this place is just so huge and constant.

So far have not done much sightseeing. Have wandered around Chinatown, Little Italy, Bleeker St in the Village and Times Square.

Times Square is amazing. The lights sparkle and it is so ridiculously huge it is fantastic. I mean, it is all advertising, but damn it looks good!

The M&M store is massive, 3 floors of merchandise relating to the candy. So strange. Did sample a peanut butter flavoured one, must admit it was pretty good.

Then the mecca that is Sephora - the biggest cosmetic store in the world. And the prices, so cheap. Clinique mascara which is usually $40 in Australia for $14!!!! Bargain.

Went to the Apple Store this morning and bought myself a MacBook. And lucky for me I have a wireless connection in my apartment so it is all good.

Apple store is a lot of fun.

Off to the museum this afternoon.
