Hey everyone!

We are now in Australia wooo! We arrived here at 9am after our 15 hour flight. Our bodies however thought it was much later and we had only slept about 2 hours in about a day in a half so we were very tired when we arrived! We weren't allowed to check in when we arrived because they didn't have a room ready yet as it was so early. So we just explored the area a little bit and we found a shopping centre not that far away. So we went and did some food shopping:) We found IRN-BRU!!!! We were very excited when we saw it but we only bought one to share becuase it was quite expensive. So far Australia has reminded us quite a bit of home mainly because of all the familiar brands. There was Walkers Shortbread and Mc Vitties Digestive Biscuits which we haven't seen in ages in the supermarket! They also drive on the same side of the road so there are a few familiarities!

We were allowed into our room at about 12pm which wasn't too bad. The room is really nice and had a fridge and a microwave:) We pretty much just unpakced a little and went straight to bed. We went to sleep at about 2pm and slept right through till 5.30am the next morning! All we did yesterday was get some more shopping and went in search of our new phones which we now have! Woo! They are just as crap as our American ones but we go a really good deal on them:) We did go to Nandos for tea though:) We found one in the shopping centre so we were very happy!

Today we are going to try and go to the Syney Opera House!
