Well with all the delays in getting here we ended up with a whistlestop tour of Belgrade. Belgrade is the capital of Serbia and is, as such, the country's largest city with a population of about 1.8 million people. Today it was farewell to Bulgaria and hello Serbia with yet another unexpected stop in Donji Milanovac due to the change in ship schedule. Probably the most important sight in this town is the church - St Nicholas Church - where we were all made to feel most welcome by the presiding priest. Living in a small world we got talking to him and discovered that his senior priest is now the Bishop in Sydney Australia. He was thrilled to meet some "true blue Aussies" ...
