Got woken up by the crew knocking on the door at like 7am and had breakfast. Half of the people were doing a 3 day trip and were spending the next night on a private island, gutted I didn't have enough time to do that, next time!! Those people got on another boat and we went for another swim followed by trying to sunbathe but the heat here is just unbearable! Had lunch on the boat and then cruised back through the islands to the harbour. Had to wait around for the bus and nearly missed it but then had the four hour journey back to Hanoi! Was sat at the back too and the roads are really bad so was flying about all over the place!!
Got back and checked into a hostel and got talking to some Canadian girls, went to the rooftop bar for some dinner and found out it was free beer for an hour so obviously had to take advantage of that!!! After that we went and sat in the street with the Vietnamese locals and were drinking beer with them, we were paying 14p for a beer!!!! Went and found a club and tagged onto a bar crawl, police came and shut everywhere down at like 1am so we all jumped in a taxi to an outdoor club called Eden which was miles away! Really cool though!! All got a taxi back and argued with the driver about the price but was all good in the end!!
