Thank god there is a Starbucks just over the road! Was much in need of that this morning!
Booked a trip to ride quad bikes through the jungle and see the Big Budda, had some breakfast at an Irish bar first then got picked up. Drove for ages into the jungle, saw my first elephant which grabbed me round the neck with its trunk, so cute but didn't like the fact that it was chained up.
Got on the quads and spent about 30 mins in the jungle riding up and down massive mud paths! So much fun!! Stopped to take some pictures and our guide pointed up the hill- you could see the rain coming! And I mean rain! Just about managed to get rain coats on before the monsoon started! Could hardly see anything, just made it even more exciting on the quads, splashing though huge puddles and rivers that just appeared out of nowhere!!
Drove up to the Big Budda but the clouds were so low you could hardly see anything! Very spiritual place though, views would have been stunning if we could see them!!
Was absolutely drenched when we got back and covered in mud but so worth it!
Got showered and ready to go out, had a happy meal for tea (following such a healthy diet!!)
Then off to Bang La road for round 2! Went to a bar that did 4 cocktails and 4 shots for 500 baht which is £10! Long Island ice teas and tequila all round!! Went and found heather too, so good to see her and we proceeded to get extremely drunk again!
We then went to a traditional Thai entertainment show- a ping pong show! I have never seen anything like it in my life, hilarious and disgusting at the same time!
Went to some more bars and clubs afterwards and finally got in around 5!

I love my life!!!
