We've just now stopped for a quick lunch in a town called Adare.

The houses and shopping centre in town is incredible! I've added a photo because of the incredible colors. Toto, I'm not in the boring colored town of Smithfield anymore!

Jenny, Amanda, Hannah and I just went to a small restaurant for lunch, and although the water was warm and in a pitcher, the best is yet to come. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, so my small American brain assumed the classic. Chicken, mayo, maybe some celery thrown in if it's a fancy sandwich. What came out was a sandwhich with chicken slices and actual salad. Lettuce, dressing, tomato. It was chicken and salad on bread. Not only was it delicious and hilarious for all four of us, I'm sure it will be the first of many faux paux's due to the language differences.

This is an incredible town and I don't want to leave... but Killarney is next!
