Hi again! I've added some more photos to the V festival section (thanks for those Andria!!!!) We still haven't got our Bali photos back as the shop we took our memory card to was closed due to the memorial services. The whole main road of Kuta was close this evening - all of the bars/shops/clubs etc are closed in respect and there are police with metal detectors everywhere searching everyone. It's very strange and extremely sad - we had a drink and a moment as out own little memorial service as we couldn't bear to go to the real one!!

Yo dudes! Just a note to let you know there are some new piccies on the photos pages, and some more to come tomorrow (I forgot my usb cable today - doh!) We have't taken enough pictures here in Bali though - I'll make sure there are some of us at the beach etc - looking tanned!!!
It's going to be a sad day tomorrow as it's the anniversary of the previous Bali Bombings and there's a ceremony down at the memorial in the morning - not sure if we're going yet - I don't think I could handle it - just being at the memorial with the names of those who died sets me off crying!!

Hi guys just a quick one to tell u that we surfed today !!!!
I stood up a few times for about 5 seconds and Karla actually stood up and rode some waves !!!
We saw a dolphin in one of the waves and i cacked myself ...where there are dolphins there are sharks and kind of wanted to get out after that !!!!!!
I cant let her beat me so we are back on it Wednesday !

Hi everyone!! Just a note to say hi! I promise that we will put some more photos on here soon....we are turning into lazy beach bums while we've been here and can't be arsed to do anything! We are giving surfing another go tomorrow - hopefully the waves won't be 10 foot high like the other day! Our tans have faded slightly as we've been out for 3 nights on the trot until the early hours, so daytime has been for sleeping (and puking - sorry mum & dad!!!!)
Off to bed soon as we need all of our energy for tomorrow catchin' some totally rad tubes. Dudes. Narly. White tips.
Sorry...got carried away there thinking I was a professional surfer girl there!!

Hi ladies. Glad you are both ok, thanks for keeping us all informed-you know how we can all worry about you so far away :-). Thank you Johnny for sorting a place for us all to stay in Sydney. Im sure you are as excited about going over there as me!!! 28 bed dorm?? Ummm slightly cosy then!!
