I got woken by Danielle at 11.45 but the night before she had told me we were getting up at 11. I ate some bread with marscapone and jam on it. That was pretty tasty. We sat in the kitchen talking for the longest time when we realized we had to hurry up and get ready because Danielle had class at 1.45. It took us about a half hour to walk to school. We could have taken the bus, but I didn't have a pass. We were going to get pizza at Danielle's favorite pizza place right down the street from the school. But we were running late and the line was long so we got food at this other place. I don't know what I got was called because I just pointed at it because I don't speak Italian. But it was really good. We got to school and I got a Visitors Pass. Danielle went to class because she was almost late. I found this cute outside lounge area and finished my sandwich pita thing. Then I went to the computer lab that Danielle had pointed out before she rushed off. I didn't do a whole lot. Checked the email and just surfed the Internet while Danielle was in Italian class. After class we went to Piazza Tevestre and got some gelato. It was my very first gelato in Rome! We sat on the steps near the fountain eating in and then went inside the church sant Maria de tevestre. We walked around for a while and saw some more stuff and went inside another church, whose name I do not remember. We came back towards school and had a little time before her class at 6.45. We went to see this church right by school but there was a service going on so we left right away. We ate dinner at this cute little place in the same area. We had wine and lasagna. It was yummy. It took them a while to bring us our food. We were sitting there talking and all of a sudden it was 6.45 and we still hadn't gotten our food. Danielle was going to be late for class. We ate pretty fast and she ended up only being 15 minutes late. After class we walked home and just hung out. After the night before and getting to bed late, we just felt like staying in. We were supposed to get our homework done so it would be out of the way for the weekend but we tried to plan for next weekend when Danielle is coming to visit me. That turned into a long discussion and before we knew it is was 1 am and we didn't feel like working on our stuff so we just went to bed. We planned to get up early and do some sightseeing before Danielle's 1.45 class.
