Today was relaxation at sea which was really welcome as I felt a bit sore after yesterday's challenging walk.
I woke up later than usual so went to the gym at lunchtime instead of early morning.
The lectures kept our minds active if not our bodies - they covered arctic whales, birds and the history of the discovery and mapping of the arctic.
Solen also discussed our plans for the next couple of days as we go ashore for our last visits to Greenland including exiting the country which will be followed by our 18 hour transit across to the Canadian High Arctic where a Canadian Immigration and
Customs official is being flown in specifically to welcome us or is it to see that we are suitable sorts for admission into Canada!
The day ended with Acacia talking about her experience wintering in the Arctic with a local Inuit community.
(Today's photo is of the local canoe expert who gave us a demonstration at Sisimiut.)
