Today was the last day of my intensive language course which meant I spent all morning taking a written exam and all afternoon in oral presentations. Our class was such a good one, even the presentations were fun and interesting to listen to. And the exam wasn't bad either, no doubt that I passed.

We celebrated yesterday with a small surprise party for our teacher, Barbara. As soon as she had finished the test review, we switched on Italian music and pulled out chocolates and bottles of Prosecco. I brought her a beautiful bouquet of red-fading-into-yellow tulips and we had a wonderful time just relaxing and savoring eachother's company. She was definitley one of the best teachers I've ever had and I feel very lucky to have had such a great learning experience so early on at Bocconi. Unfortunately, she doesn't teach any regular classes so I have decided that my goal is to become rich enough so that I may hire her as my personal language tutor! We'll see how that goes...
