In the morning we had lunch together before mandy left... had an all you can eat pasta/salad buffet, which only cost a pound! Walking around today we saw 1000's of plants and flowers for sale for Tet celebrations - people buy flowers for their homes/work to represent good things and remove evil spirits. In the evening we had banana pancakes to celebrate pancake day!!
