We had cooking lessons today!! We made spring rolls, papaya salad with prawn and BBQ'd mackeral wrapped in banana leaves. The food was gorgeous and it was really nice to see how things are made. The hour lesson including the food (which we ate) cost only 3quid! The weather is hot a the moment which is really good because we were cold in Hanoi and in the evening in Hue. In the morning we got the bus to Hoi An which took about 4hrs. Hoi An is a lovely little town by the river, it has lots of cool little bars and restaurants, and loads of tailors! Shopping is addictive here as you can literally get anything made. We spent about 2hrs in the tailors trying to decide what to get, in the end I got a winter jacket and a silk top made for less than 30quid! We also had a 4-course meal for about 1.25!
