S went to bed last night as usual but managed to find and put on Js helmet before falling asleep - See picture of how we found him! The first thing he cried on waking was (my helmet!)
Skied over to France this morn and got freezing chair up the back then skied down a mental steep and icy slope - marked with red poles but we discovered it is labelled black on the map! Not a great start to the morning. However we then skied chalvet a couple of times which was good before having a chocolat avec rhum at the bottom of the run- fairly average and no real toilet. This has been an issue this holiday as v few places have these!
Decided to go back to Italy as got busy - on the search for a real toilet and good lunch. Tried la baita at the top it had neither and so skied down to ?. Great toilet and great antipasto mista- lovely few but a bit nippy outside.
Picked up bigger boys after lunch and skied them over to Sagan longa for chocolate and bombardino before heading back home via a v long red run - they were skiing great!
Have now packed, had a gin and waiting on the fizz to chill before dinner.
