A very good day and tasty food!

Took R up first thing for a ski - he had his brave legs on and was off up little Routes off piste. Stopped for cappuccino & chioccolato caldo con panna at la Coche and then he and C had another lesson with Fede. The grownups kept skiing for a bit and S & D went back down to sign boys over to whizz & J and I had another couple of runs. We ate at Montsoleil for the last time and then skied home. Took wee boys out for a short slide before dinner.

Hurray - the sun has got his hat on! Great today, snow not bad but weather amazing. R&C had a private lesson with Fede from 9-10 and then came skiing with us. Long story but basically Crystal printed ticket wrongly saying we had tuition and they said they'd honour it either with ski school or private tuition so we went for 3 hrs of privates. So this picture pretty much sums up today! A fair amount of snow last night but not groomed and no vis again, fed up skiing in the dark. It is now raining heavily outside and not sure where freezing level is. Can cope with poor snow and sunny weather or good snow and bad weather but not both. Didn't help I was up half the night with bad tummy,prob body protesting to all I've been putting in it! Anyway lunch was good - pizza in cheap end of monsoleil - and I came ...

Still rubbish weather And low bus in places but colder and so the piste was much better today. We had a good morning skiing and a good lunch - Suzys was best - antipasto mista gnam gnam! Went down after lunch and J & D took big boys up the hill - which was apparently a bit hard work and Suzy and I took the little ones out. Then stocked up the fridge with a rainbow of vino - which we are now sampling!
