Currently here in Udaipur, known as the Venice of India proper full of wstern couples but is also the nicest area we have stayed so far our hotel is again amazing too and we are here for 3 nights well 2 as i write this then we have to get the train to Ahmedabad then onto Mumbai.

Our journey here was eventful to say the least was meant to take 6 hours but ended up takin 8. Reason

well firstly we stopped at yet another mountain Temple unsure of the name but it was same story just another Temple really. Then continued driving on the most winding mountainous roads i have ever experienced and to top things off they hadnt been surfaced yet so was like driving on rocks the whole way and to top it all off our driver drove staright over a huge boulder and dented the fuel tank maybe even ruptured it so there we were broken down in the middle of the mountains miles from anywhere.

Eventually someone stopped and took our driver to Udaipur to fetch a mechanic, so we were left alone the 3 of us in the mountains Good Times.

The driver was gone for about 2 hours so we sunbathed played some football until i punched the ball off the side of the mountain and listened to our Ipods, when he returned the mechanic got a steel rod out of his boot and a block of wood thn lifted the rear seats and proceeded to smash the tank into shape from the inside, whatever he did it worked and we were on our way all for 500Rp which is about 8GBP.

Havent done too much apart from eat cheap meals since we arrived we are spending about 1.25GBP each on a meal which is awesome for the budget.
