last night in Candolim was spent watching Chelsea on the TV at a sports restaurant, watching football is good here as you see all the goals as they happen!

i swapped my phone on some Indian dude as mine was breaking and his is unlocked to any SIM so when i get to Asia you can all contact me!

We woke up and cooked eggs for our breakfast as we have a kitchenette in our room, me and Ricky went balls out and did Omelette you will be pleased to read mum!

After breakfast we boarded our taxi down to Benaulim, as we arrived and got our rucksacks on ready for the hunt for accomodation an old couple stopped us probably in there 60's but were real nice and from NZ, they told us where they were staying and we got a room there it was nice and only 718Rp per night so about 10GBP between 3 of us.

First impressions of Benaulim are really nice, empty beaches, chilled out atmosphere and im gonna be brave and say the best beach yet! Have heard of a party this evening at a place called Hard Rock on the beach so we headed there, it was alright we all got wasted and the drinks bill was only 1000Rp for all of us so 3 of us got drunk for about 15GBP, amazing. Didnt wake up until 1.30pm the next day as we didnt get home until about 5am, didnt do anything except chill on the beach all day then in the evening headed to Margeritas in Colva the next beach along, it was pants and nobody was there so we headed home and had an early night, we walked home though it was 4km along the beach in the pitch black, Nick and Ricky were cacking themselves but i just got all cultural and started star gazing it was awesome i have never seen stars so bright before, how geeky am i?

on the 26th we woke early as Nick had to get his flight over to Dubai so we said our farewells and then Ricky and I got the local bus down to Palolem where we are now the bus journey took about 2 hours and cost Ricky and myself 36Rp so about 50pence those our prices we can get used to even if the bus was a tad hot, sweaty and generally uncomfortable we didnt mind!
