Ni hao!,

Dear All, we are surviving in Beijing! This is our last night here after 4days and tomorrow we move to Shanghai on an overnight train with all the locals (and chickens!?) Weather has been good - very hot and VERY humid athough today it rained - typical as we spent all day on the great wall (and forgot our coats)!

So far we have visited several temples, The Forbidden City, Tiannamen Square, The Great Wall and the Olympic site. Tonight we saw a Kung Fu Show which was impressive. The Great Wall was epic - really cool and misty, but pretty steep for kirstys legs!

We will upload some pictures next time (although jonny has forgotten his camera cable - suprise suprise) so will just be my pictures.
