Got into Cobar at around 2.30 again. The road was excellent and had a lot of nice pitch grass alongside. This may also be responsible for the huge amount of dead roos and goats alongside the road. Weather was perfect and the fuel usage dropped dramatically. Probably gained 90 klms to the tank. John weathered the ks with a slight leg cramping but I suffered lower back pain and weak arse syndrome. Standing on the pegs whilst on cruise control offered some relief. Set up camp in Cobar where we met this guy on an F800 BMW who was touring. John struck up a conversation with him which was one he wished he hadn't shortly afterwards. He drove us insane with his stories. We hit him on the head with a shovel and buried him at the back of the park before dinner. Apart from that all is good.
