Today we leave Kenya to travel to Tanzania. This trip was a lot better than our last road trip but it was much ,much longer. We left our hotel in Nairobi at 7.30 and made it to the Kenyan -Tanzanian boarder by 12.30 , 5hrs and were not even 1/2 the distance . The king of the beast This morning is our last safari at Kicheche ,it has been an experience Shirley I will never forget. We are going to see the rhino in their guarded area , hopefully find the Acacia Pride which we saw the other day and look for the elusive cheetah and leopard. Day 2 at Kicheche. We are heading to the Nation park to hopefully see part of the migration of the animals from one side of the Mara River to the other. Our first part of today's safari began at 6.30am our driver Benjamin was there to meet us and away we went 10 minutes into the drive and he spotted a group of vultures, he took us towards it, told us that this usually meant that there was a kill he was right.
