So after an over-night bus down to Krabi, I hopped on long-tail round to Railey. Off one boat and on to another to get me round to Ton Sai, only reachable by long-tail, a massive and dangerous trek over rocks, or waiting for the tide to go out then wading round. Here I met two crazy Irish girls who have since become my latest travel buddies I possibly should have question my 200bhat hut acvcommodation, but I was too impress with the cheap price! Electriciy only between the hrs of 6pm-1am, a bathroom which had an open roof, and monkey's in the trees above, which have a tendancy to climb into the huts...brilliant! I decided to put my mosquito net inside the one already there...just in case!! An afternoon on the beach then a few cheeky beers in the nearby bars saw a very nice day. An early start the next morning for a climbing session. Amazing climbing and the views from the wall were stunning. Did about 5climbs before letting my tiredness overpower me and the wall defeat me :( Another chilled out afternoon on the beach before deciding to take the epic adventure over to civilisation on Railey to get some cash out. Srabling over rocks proved difficult in flipflops but hillarious, but we made, and rewarded our efforts with a pineapple shake...seeing as they have electricity all day long! a less painful venture back, and the evening was rounded off with a few more drinks in the ever random bars on Ton Sai! This proved to be our downfall as we missed the only boat out at 9am, and getting a longtail to Railey, then to Krabi and then to PhiPhi all seemed a bit too much. So instead we piad one of the locals to take us straight to PhiPhi in his Longtail. Him and his mates thought Xmas had come early as a few piled in so they could party on PhiPhi for the night! 2hrs later we arrived with very sore butts...but it was definately worth the 300bhat extra!
