Crazy times in Chiang Mai (...computer crashed in the process of writing so this will be updated when i am not annoyed with public computers!)

Mission: Chiang Mai train ticket! A heavy day tackling Bangkok's hords of people on a mission to get our ticket out to Chiang Mai (north). Having got the ticket, and then told we were unlikerly to get accomodation due to Queen's b'day celebrations we got a taxi boat back...awaesome way to travel! Found accomodation and after the stress/exhaustion of the day sat and watched opening ceremony of the Olympics...all 204 competing countries!!!...really living the high...

Planes, Trains and Automobiles... After a hot and sweaty 2hr delay on Heathrow Terminal 4 if finally arrived in Bangkok...yey!!! Met by Phil he took me to his place where I off-loaded some 'unessential' items (yes mum you were right, I didn't need it all!)
