Today is Fri. Flew to Kruger Natl Park on Wed. Staying at another tent camp.

Yesterday took an all day game drive thru Kruger. Saw elephants, zebra, rhino, giraffe, impala and other deer like animals, turtles, lizards, and birds.

Did not see any big cats.

Camp is on roaring mt stream. Reminds one of WV. Enjoyed wonderful meal with 24 neighbors. Hit the sack early.

Today (Friday). Had 4:30 AM wake up for 5:10 departure. Arrived back at Kruger about 5:45 only to discover a long line to get in. Opened at 6 and traffic did spread out as Kruger is so big.

Saw bunches of same animals, but no big cats. Some others did see leopards and a cheetah from a distance. With so many prey animals all around, cats must eat well.

Got back around 1:30, had lunch and have afternoon “at leisure “. We’ll pack and rest up for farewell dinner tonight

Tomorrow we fly to Cape Town for about 5 days. We’ll stay in a real hotel.

Except for Tiger Woods winning the Masters and the Notre Dame fire, we have no idea what has happened in the world. Is Trump still president ?
