Just a quick update as we haven't done too much the last few days since leaving La Paz. The next stop was Copacabana (Bolivian, not the Brazil one), on the edge of Lake Titicaca, the largest high-altitude lake in the world. Copacabana is a nice little town on the edge of the lake surrounded by mountains….it is very tourist ready and full of little café's etc. We spent a couple of days here wandering round to a few Inca ruins, and also climbing the mountain...

Up bright and early to catch our toy plane to the Amazon basin. The plane was literally so small you had to crouch to walk, with only 20 seats, 10 each side. 45 minutes later we touched down in Rurrenabaque, and was hit by the humidity….especially Jode's hair. We had booked a 3 day/2night pampas tour of the wetland savannas. While waiting for the trucks we followed the smell to the delicious French bakery down the road. AMAZING!!!! It really is a small world…randomly in the hostel in Potosi, we bumped into Becs (a girl Jodie used to work with 10years ago on good old Clacton pier). Bo…spit in the aisle…livia. As we said in the previous blog, the 21 hour journey from Brazil to Bolivia wasn't the best bus ride we had taken!
