Border crossings have been very lapsed so far…and the Peruvian one was no difference. Our bus dropped us off at the Bolivian side to get our exit stamps and we then had to walk across the border to get back in the bus. Just a quick update as we haven't done too much the last few days since leaving La Paz. The next stop was Copacabana (Bolivian, not the Brazil one), on the edge of Lake Titicaca, the largest high-altitude lake in the world. Copacabana is a nice little town on the edge of the lake surrounded by mountains….it is very tourist ready and full of little café's etc. We spent a couple of days here wandering round to a few Inca ruins, and also climbing the mountain...
