Hi everyone!! At last im writing a blog.

Firstly, sorry for not writing for so long, im using the internet at the library at the moment and it hasnt been letting me on for ages but finally it has given up on our gruelling battle and i have suceeded, woohoo!!!

Anyway a lot to write - the last time i wrote it was christmas ( which was fantastic, had such a great time loved it and all my pressies!) We stayed in sydney until the 2nd January, and spent new years watching the fireworks from a place called cremorne point ( u could see the harbour bridge perfectly, the spot was amazing) i have pictures to put on.. lots of pics from NYE and jan but i have forgotten the disk, whoops! PRomise ill do that on my next day off!!!

After Jan we did the blue mountains which is near sydney, we stayed there for 2 nights ( me, jo, Laura and steve ( some friends we met in Bowen they are from London!) it was really beautiful, although VERY Cold!)

when we were in sydney i rang up a mulgowie shed ( the corn shed i worked for before) they have other sheds by Bairnsdale ( where i am now) so i rang them up and we were told we all had a job, so that was cool. we left the blue mountains to come here and when we got here the guy told us we couldnt start till like a week, me and Jo were totally broke, had spent all our money so we were really worried and thinkin we need a job NOW! So we decided to travel 1000k's to Adelaide to try and find a job. lol

Laura and Steve had lived there before, she is a hairdresser and he is a plasterer so they could get jobs no problem, we arrived on the thursday night... oh actually sorry i forgot this bit, when we were here we rang a company called Harvest Trail which tell you of any places to work around here doin like pickin or working in a shed, they said there was some pear picking in Adelaide so we headed up there. When we got there we spoke to the guy and he was a complete and utter idiot!! He was a real redneck, thinking men were better than women, all that crap, some guy asked him niceley if he could leave at 4 the followin day and he started swearin at him and shouting for no reason, infront of his daughter and stuff. anyway it was really crap money, we had already put our tents up and paid for a night at his campsite... then there were all these people that worked for him, mostly young lads who all looked off their face to be honest, drivin really fast round the campsite and came up to us ( steve wasnt there it was just us girls he was gonna stay at a mates in adelaide to do plastering) and asked if we wanted some beer, like they were gonna pay. I said "we dont drink" and he was like "oh, your all a waste of time" stupid d*ckhead. we just didnt feel safe there so we decided to just pack up and go, it was horrible. We stayed at laura and steves mates for the night, in the morning we went into the city to try and find an office job or something, altho it didnt help it was friday. it was the usual drill, hand in ur c.v to a recruitment agency and they will call us monday for an interview etc. after that we had just given up hope when we got a phone call from mulgowie askin if we were still in bairnsdale, we were like no were in Adelaide now.. we just decided there and then to travel back 1000k's to bairnsdale and work in the shed. lol

We started work 2 days after, working in bloody beans! Standin infront of a conveyor belt picking out the bad beans, to be honest it is THE most boring thing i could possibly think of! Im gonna start lookin for a new job round here in a min, because its been rainin quite a bit we havent been working much. its a pain in the ass.

Anyway apart from that nothing else is new, well be here for a while ( i think - although the plan is always changing) were hopin to be in Melbourne for around march 10th where well have a nice place and spend the rest of the time we have left in oz before NZ etc.
